Nine contingents from nine municipalities of Camarines Sur painted the streets of CamSur Uptown with color, pride, and culture โ proving once again why Kaogma is Bicol's grandest festival. ๐ฅ
"Thank you very much sa ating Provincial Government para po sa mga ganitong klaseng competition โ kasi naha-highlight yung talents ng ating mga youth, at nagkakaroon po ng opportunity ang bawat isa na ma-showcase yung kanilang skill, artistry, and the culture of each municipality."
