Here’s how to actually avoid injuries:

✅ Before your workout
Prepare your body before you demand from it. Start with a proper warm-up to increase blood flow and mobility, and choose exercises that match your current level. The right gear and a clear plan reduce unnecessary strain before it begins.

✅ During your workout
Move with control and intention. Prioritize proper form over heavier weights or faster reps, and build intensity gradually. Stay hydrated, and pay attention to your body—fatigue and discomfort are signals, not challenges to ignore.

✅ After your workout
Recovery completes the session. Take time to cool down, allow your heart rate to settle, and support your muscles with rest. Progress is built through consistency—and consistency requires staying injury-free.
