From the Chapel to the Concert Stage 🎶❤️💙

Meet Himig Rosas, the choir of Woodrose teachers and staff whose story began simply—with a group of colleagues singing together at Holy Mass.

Most of them had no formal musical training, had never been part of a choir, and never imagined they would one day perform in a concert. Under the guidance of Mrs. Boots Carballo, JHS Music teacher and conductor of the Woodrose Chorale, their voices have grown in confidence, skill, and harmony.

What began as an informal way to sing and serve has become so much more. Himig Rosas lends its voices to Masses and special occasions, joins other choirs for special performances, and reaches out to the community through music.

And in the middle of a busy workweek, it offers something just as meaningful: a chance to pause, relax, recharge, and enjoy the simple joy of singing together.

From voices that simply wanted to sing at Mass to voices now taking the concert stage—this is Himig Rosas. A choir born from friendship, nurtured through music, and united by the joy of giving back. ✨

Little Voices, Limitless Dreams ✨

The next generation of Woodrose performers takes the spotlight at Limitless! 🎶

From the joyful young voices of the DoReMi Club (Grades 1–3) to the growing confidence and musicality of the Grade School Choir (Grades 4–6), these young performers are discovering their voices, building their skills, and finding the joy of performing.

And making her own special appearance is Emilia Füglister, Grade 5, who recently took on the role of Little Cosette in the Les Misérables World Tour. 🌟

On September 23, they take their first steps onto a bigger stage—bringing with them talent, heart, and dreams that are truly Limitless. 💫

Spotlight on performer: 🎶 GRADE SCHOOL CAST 🎶

The stage is set to light up with the next generation of performers as the DoReMi Club and Grade School Choir take the spotlight at the Limitless Concert!

Featuring talented students from Grades 1 to 3, the DoReMi Club serves as a vibrant space where young stars begin their creative journey in singing, dancing, and stage performance. Through playful exploration and dedicated practice, these early artists hone their emerging talents, building early confidence and laying down the musical groundwork for the future.

Experience the rhythm of life through the vibrant voices of the Grade School Choir! Be inspired by the energy, passion, and beautiful harmonies of these Grades 4 to 6 students as they take the stage. For students who want to develop and build foundation skills in singing, the Grade School Choir focuses on a more deliberate training and enhancement of personal growth. Choir members explore and enjoy singing by performing for school events and rendering service to the school community by singing during Holy Mass.

Getting her own spotlight moment is Emilia Füglister, a Grade 5 student who was cast as Little Cosette in the Les Misérables World Tour that ran from January to March 2026 at The Theatre at Solaire Resort. Emilia's performance in Limitless truly reflects her talent, hard work, and dedication to her craft.

Expect infectious energy and heartfelt enthusiasm as our Grade School musicians step out to show off what they have learned, inspiring the audience and taking their very first steps into the vast world of music. Their journey has taken them from the Woodrose stage to international acclaim, earning top honors in Slovakia, Spain, and most recently at the 2025 Palawan International Choral Festival.
