One week ago, Jagna once again became a place where thousands of footsteps moved as one - celebrating commUNITY, inclusivity, culture, wellness, and the enduring spirit of Sandugo Sa Bohol.
Today, as we look back on this meaningful journey, our hearts are filled with eternal gratitude.
Our deepest appreciation to the Provincial Government of Bohol, led by Governor Erico Aris Aumentado; the Provincial Youth Development Office of Bohol, spearheaded by Sir John Maraguinot, Provincial Supervising Administrative Officer; Sandugo Tigi stream, Melvin R. Salinasal; the Bohol Island Geopark, led by Program Manager Joanne Pinat, represented by ML Regis; and the Municipality of Jagna, under the leadership of Mayor Mark Louie Monungolh - thank you for your unwavering support and for believing alongside us that Jagna can become more than just a destination - it can be a premier home of sustainable sports tourism within the Bohol Island UNESCO Global Geopark.

To the Sangguniang Kabataan - Jagna, Bohol, spearheaded by SKMF led by President Noelle Galia and Vice President Rizaldy Villaflores, every Barangay SK Chairperson, youth volunteers, and our talented SK cultural performers - thank you for the strong leadership, powerful performance, the meaningful support, and for showcasing that the power of sports begins with empowered youth.

To the Jagna Philippine National Police, Bureau of Fire Protection, Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, RHU, Emergency Medical Teams, Tarsier 117, traffic marshals, security personnel, and every responder deployed along the route - thank you for safeguarding every runner from the first gun start until the final sweeper crossed the line.
To our very own Boholano singer-songwriter Joseph Gara, DJ Stan/Isko Multisport Foundation, Father Jojo Polo, Bohol Association of Dance Instructors, our powerful hosts SCARF Venger, Franz Cameron Tadena, and Alex Gallardo - A MASSIVE SHOUTOUT AND THANK YOU for keeping the energy sooo alive even during the unexpected power outage. Together, we celebrated the spirit of Sandugo, while showcasing the home of the iconic calamay, breathtaking landscapes, rich and vibrant culture of Jagna, and enduring heritage of the Bohol Island UNESCO Global Geopark.
One week has passed, but what we built together will live on for years to come - in every memory made, every friendship formed, every young life inspired, every PWD and LGBTQ+ participant who felt seen, welcomed, and valued, every local business strengthened, and every runner who now carries a piece of Jagna in their heart.
