We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Manage and reply to inquiries on Facebook/Messenger
• Handle bookings and reservations efficiently
• Assist guests at the front desk (check-in/check-out)
• Provide excellent customer service online and onsite
• Do basic admin tasks (Excel, records, reports)
• Create simple posts using Canva or similar tools
Qualifications:
