sharing with you a little piece of our journey as photobooth business owners — the not-so-aesthetic, not-so-cutesy part. 🥹
we’re still babies in this business. honestly, we’re still figuring things out as we go.
neither of us came from a photography background. we didn’t know everything when we started. we just had a dream, and we were brave enough to start even when we didn’t know exactly what we were doing.
there were so many times we looked at our work and thought, “ang pangit,” or “baka hindi na natin ‘to mapaganda.” 😭
but i’m so glad we didn’t let those moments stop us.
we gave ourselves room to learn. to make mistakes. to change things. to try again. to outgrow what we once thought was already “good enough.”
and to everyone who believed in us when we were still starting — to the people who booked us, supported us, recommended us, shared our work, and trusted us even when we were still figuring things out… thank you. 🥹
you probably don’t realize how much those little acts of support meant to us, especially during the days when we were still learning to believe in ourselves too.
and looking back at our old work now, we don’t cringe anymore. we actually feel proud — because we can see how far we’ve come.
we’re still far from where we want to be, but we’re getting there.
and maybe that’s the most beautiful part of building something from nothing — you get to watch it grow alongside you. 🤍
we’re just really, really glad we kept going. 🥹
