Beakers and flasks for drinks? Okay, that's cool.

But… the food and drinks? Kinda pricey for the taste. Still, fun to try once for the vibes alone.

I’m obsessed with their Rare Cheese Puff! Crispy on the outside, light and creamy on the inside. Pure cheesy heaven!

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory PH – Molito, Alabang

Here’s our honest review of the food and drinks we tried! 👇

Mocha Frappe – 7/10
Smooth and decent, but for the price, we expected a bit more.

Strawberry Milkshake – 6.5/10
Super sweet, almost like a candy drink. If you like really sugary shakes, this might be for you!

S’mores Milkshake – 7/10
Fun concept and okay taste, but again, a bit too pricey for what you get.

Lava Cake ala mode – 9.5/10
Ughhh.. really love this cake! Warm, gooey, rich chocolate inside paired with cold ice cream on top... it’s the perfect sweet bite. Highly recommended!

Overall: Great for dessert lovers, especially if you don’t mind splurging a bit. Drinks are okay, but the lava cake alone is worth the visit.

Checked out Six Mugs Cafe in Guiguinto, Bulacan — it's like a mini museum meets a cozy café! 🎨☕

As mentioned in our previous post, while we didn’t get to try everything on the menu, the food and drinks we did order fell short of our expectations. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially with the coffee.

That said, we’re still rooting for this place and would love to give it another shot soon. It truly has a lot of potential, and we'd hate to see it become just another “aesthetic café” with looks but no flavor. ☺️

Weekend dinner at Grumpy Joe – Angeles, Pampanga 🍕🌿

Cozy, family-friendly vibes with spacious seating and a relaxing koi pond outside. We waited a bit (Saturday crowd!), but the food was served surprisingly fast. Big portions, kid-friendly menu, perfect for sharing!

Must-try: Grumpy Joe Pizza 🍕 & Chicken Wings 🍗, both packed with flavor!

You guys, we found another gem in Bulacan! ✨

Our latest adventure took us to the charming Kape Lunan and ISTORYA STUDIOS, and let's just say our taste buds are singing! 🎶

The empanada was flaky and flavorful, and their hot chocolate was the perfect comforting treat. We really enjoyed our drinks and food, and we absolutely loved the vibe too! Seriously, you HAVE to try them.

We stopped by this bookshop café and were instantly impressed, it’s not just another cozy spot!

This place feels like stepping into a small museum full of charm, creativity, and soul. What sets it apart? Every single book on the shelves is by Filipino writers, authors, artists, and publishers. It’s a space that proudly celebrates local talent, and that alone makes it something truly special.

The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and inspiring, perfect for reading, writing, or just slowing down. They host community-driven activities like story readings for kids, typewriting classes, and even yoga sessions. It’s not just a bookstore or café, it’s a gathering place for creativity and connection.

As for the café, the menu is simple but spot-on. The coffee is smooth, the pastries are fresh, and the empanada? Incredible! Honestly, we were tempted to go back for seconds.

If you love books, good coffee, and supporting local artists, this place is a must-visit. Whether you’re looking to relax, create, or just breathe for a bit, you’ll find something here that keeps you coming back.
