Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Whaingaroa Talent Factory Live Music Showcase will be postponed until the New Year.

We know many of you were looking forward to this celebration of local talent and we’re just as excited to bring it to life, a little later than planned. 🎶✨

Raglan’s biggest youth music night is back! Join us on Saturday 4 October, 5pm at the Town Hall as our rising stars light up the stage with original music, live performances, DJ sets and more!

From raw talent to polished sets, WTF 2025 is a celebration of Whaingaroa’s creative youth, supported by epic mentoring and performance oportunities.

Whāingaroa Talent Factory 2025! Are you aged 13–18 and ready to perform?

WTF is back – with mentoring from music industry pros, full performance rehearsal and a live show at Raglan Town Hall. Open to solo musicians, bands, DJs and MCs.

Awards:
- Future Sounds Award – Sponsored by Soundsplash
Recognises overall participation and dedication during mentoring and live performance.

Prize: Showcase performance at Soundsplash 2026.

- Muso Vibe Award – Sponsored by Raglan Community House
Celebrates collaborative spirit on and off stage, including teamwork with other musicians, sound engineers, stage managers and mentors.

Prizes:
13–15 yrs: $100 music voucher
16–18 yrs: $100 music voucher
