A fantastic way to start and finish the day with a capture of the sunrise followed by a 7km threshold run along the beach then walking Dusty this evening and grabbing a pic of her and the sunset. Absolute paradise - sunshine, beautiful beach and fantastic place for training runs and relaxing☀️👍😄

Dusty did her first parkrun yesterday at Whakatane Gardens parkrun❤️ Even though I did all the effort it was great fun and she enjoyed the fuss everyone made of her😄 Plus, it was fantastic to get Colin’s thoughts on why he does parkrun and enjoys volunteering - click on the link to watch the short video on YT…..

Thought I’d better jump on the bandwagon and get a post out there with the new parkrun milestone t-shirts👍
Which ones do you like or don’t like? For me, I’m close to the 300 milestone but I’ll pass on the orange T and set a goal to get the 400 - only 2.5 years away and they should be in stock by then😄

Apii is an exemplary parkrun volunteer and loves to sing while marshalling - BE LIKE APII - sing if you want, volunteer when you can, and most of all have fun😄👍
