We are a whānau focused, family business who provide a hassle-free, pre-pitched camping activation for your event. Using our 16 years of experience in the festival and events industry, paired with the growth of our prepitch activations, catering for large numbers and our camp management services for 1500 to 14000 campers. Our skills and experience support our claim to being the be

st provider of these services here in Aotearoa. From smaller intimate occasions such as weddings and reunions, large festivals and events, now we offer school camping programs to assist our already overburdened teachers. We have all belonged or been part of some sort of “Village”. Whether it’s our extended whānau, our street, our school, our workplace, our mates, community, or marae. We all gravitate back to our Village. Our values live on through THE VILLAGE.

Motu really put the weather on for us this week at The Shepherdess Muster activation. Would be an amazing venue for school camping. Learn about the amazing history of this area. My parents lived here in the 1950s, Dad was part of the roadworks then. He spoke often about horse back hunting and fishing, Mum about the freshest air, beautiful streams and crisp winter mornings. Our pop up accommodation makes it possible to think about the many gems of our region 💎💎💎

Wow Seaside Festival 2024, get at us for camp management services and the best prepitch options at The Village Camping.

We are delighted to say the Seaside Festival received funding in the recent Venture Timaru Major Events Funding Round.

We are currently working through the schedule for next years Seaside Festival, to be held from 1-11 February.

It will have all our favourites from the past two years including:

- Big Kite Day
- The Great Beach Dig
- Outdoor Movie Night @ Caroline Bay
- Lazy Sundays - Music on the Bay
- The Inflatable World & Carnival Rides

As well as this we are working on a couple of neat new events to be a part of the festival!
