The 8th Annual Htown Throwdown is the perfect competition to test your fitness whether you are a seasoned competitor or a newbie. If you can do a push up from your knees then you can enter this competition. This is a 1 Day event held on the 25th of March 2023 in Hamilton hosted by Kotahi.

We are pleased to have the Hydration Bar who will be fully stocked of all your favourite hydration and your recovery needs!

These will be nice and cool ready to drink after each wod. They will be located at the front desk with all hydration goodies set up in the chiller!!

This will be perfect as Saturday is looking to be a warm day!!
