We challenged Advieh Restaurant 's Sous Chef, Jasper Pritchard, to create a dish on the spot that would match a mystery wine: the Brave Roots Wine Albariño (Marlborough). Picking up on the minerality and elderflower notes, Jasper crafted a flavourful yoghurt sauce to go with his trumpeter fish wrapped in vine leaves 🤤

FOR ONE TIME ONLY, Jasper and five other top Auckland chefs are hitting the stage for Chef v Wine Live NEXT WEEK. Seats are first-come, first-served, so arrive early!
