What a night. Thank you all. 🪩

LOLA came to BRET, and the floor showed up for it. Dam Swindle brought the warm, soulful grooves they’re known for, Midas Field curated a lineup that never lost momentum, Drabes kept the groove locked in all night, and Merel Helderman brought that driving, percussion heavy house sound she’s known for.
In short, a LOLA evening not soon to be forgotten.

Artist in Spotlight: Midas Field

Midas Field’s story starts behind a dusty keyboard at age five. At fourteen he got his first DAW and hasn’t stopped producing since. After studying music production at the HKU in Utrecht, he fully committed to house music, launching his own project in 2022.

His sound blends soulful house with oldskool energy and rich synths. His recent releases landed on labels such as Onloop, Tesselate and PIV.

Midas Field curates his favourite lineup at BRET on September 18, with Dam Swindle, Drabes and Merel Helderman.
