Last week, the team wandered through the magic of Ruigoord — imagining the conversations, creativity, and unexpected encounters that will soon come alive here at KFF2026 🦋

Home to our Festival Days, Ruigoord is a free-spirited artists’ village on the outskirts of Amsterdam 🎨🌿 A place where creativity leads, boundaries blur, and surprising ideas (and friendships) emerge.

And on Friday? We open up the Village of Conversations 💭

Inspired by Open Space Technology and the spirit of Art of Hosting, the unConference is shaped by you. A question you can’t stop thinking about. A challenge worth exploring. A conversation waiting to happen.

At the Open Board, anyone with a festival ticket can propose a conversation, workshop, question, or practice.

Together, we’ll explore the question: What conversations are needed now to accelerate positive change? 🌍
