To celebrate 30 YEARS ADE, we're launching a new editorial series exploring Amsterdam's most iconic venues. We look beyond the backdrops for events, and see places that became part of the story ADE has been telling for the past thirty years.

First up is Gashouder: a place that has witnessed generations of electronic music culture and is now preparing for its next chapter. Together with the people shaping that future, we look at what comes next.

One of last year’s ADE Pro and Festival highlights returns to Amsterdam, this time with a line-up that fits our 30 YEARS ADE celebrations perfectly. 💅

!K7 Records brings together BELLA, The Blessed Madonna, DJ BORING, D Stone, Dam Swindle, Gerd Janson, Pelanoir, and Sofia Kourtesis, celebrating the range of electronic music represented across the DJ-Kicks series and beyond.

Into the Woods returns to ADE, where dance floors appear between the cracks of the NDSM terrain and line-ups meander through the wharf’s playground.

The first names are in for ADE Friday and Saturday, including Clara Cuvé, Skin On Skin, Young Marco, DJ BORING, Jyoty, ELIF, ØTTA, and Obskür, with many more still to come.

As ADE celebrates 30 years of bringing together the global electronic music community, two of Amsterdam’s longstanding festival communities join forces once again. Dockyard Festival and Mystic Garden return on ADE Saturday, bringing together their distinct approaches to electronic music in one collaborative edition. Where Dockyard is known for its industrial landscapes and techno-focused programming, Mystic Garden has built its reputation around immersive stage design and eclectic sounds across the electronic spectrum. No need to choose: one ticket grants access to both festival worlds.

30 YEARS ADE meets 10 YEARS STMPD RCRDS. The label founded by Martin Garrix returns to Amsterdam for a special anniversary show at AFAS Live on ADE Thursday. Following a run of celebrations across North and South America, Japan, and beyond, the global tour arrives back where it all began.

TLM returns to the decks during 30 YEARS ADE. They’re back for another day of uninterrupted devotion to the dance floor on ADE Friday. The three musical friends take over Theater Amsterdam with another extended showcase filled with ecstatic TLM energy. ⚡️

This time, BURST presents a phone-free show dedicated to the vibe and energy of the day, making everybody fully immerse themselves in the moment.

For 30 YEARS ADE, some traditions are better left untouched. The ADE Saturday with Sasha b2b Patrice Bäumel returns with Watt Events, continuing a ritual that has quietly become a fixed point in the week. The two artists build their sets around patience and the kind of long-form electronic music that reveals itself over time, selling out their ADE night year after year.

With roots stretching from the UK progressive movement to Amsterdam’s underground club culture, both bring their own sense of tension, depth, and control to the room, creating something that feels less like a standard back-to-back and more like a shared language shaped across decades of dance floors.
