_ they need to understand the rules and strategies of the Relay Race.

3. The Importance of Baton Handover ;
_ Baton handover is crucial part of the race.
_ It requires precise timing and coordination between runners.
_ a smooth , efficient handover can significantly impact the race's outcome.

4. Adaptability & Problem Solving ;
_ Relay Race can be unpredictable with unforseen event like ( Baton drop or sudden speed change.
_ Team members need to be adaptable and ready to solve problems on the fly.
_ ability to overcome obstacles and distractions , by adjusting strategies on the spot.

5 Competitive Spirit ;
_ Relay Races can be highly competitive pushing athletes to their limit.
_ experience of competing against other teams can be valuable for developing a competitive spirit.
_ Relay Race can teach athletes how to handle both win and losses with grace.
