What a wonderful way to mark World Book & Copyright Day!

Yesterday, the Convener of the Akada Children's Book Festival ( ) had a great time joining to discuss why reading is the smartest investment a society can make.

At ACBF we believe that books are the currency of the future. Whether we are talking about GDP, innovation, or leadership, it all begins with the foundational skill of reading. This is why we are passionate about the work we are doing at the Akada Children’s Book Festival - helping children have access to culturally-relevant, visually-engaging books that inspire them to dream big.

Thank you to everyone who tuned in! Let’s keep the conversation going: how are you fostering a love for reading in your home or community today?
