Good day people. Itβs been a bit here. I promised to share recipes once in a while here for those who need it.
Letβs make chinchin today!
Flour 1kg
Sugar. 100g
Margarine. 100g
Water. 100g
Baking powder 1tsp
Salt. 1tsp
Nutmeg. 1/4 tsp
Egg. 1 small
Milk flavor. 1tsp
Oil for frying.
Procedure: In a clean bowl,sift flour, add sugar add margarine, add baking powder, add salt, add nutmeg,.
In another bowl break your egg, whisk well, add milk flavour, add the water and combine well.
Start adding the egg mixture into the flour mixture till it combines well, or use a standing mixer and mix everything together for 3 minutes on low speed.
Rub some oil on your work surface, take some of the chinchin mixture and roll out using rolling pin, cut to your design shapes and fry on medium heat
