Still in the month of December........

I graduated as part of the 1.72% of the school's population (124 out of 7209) with first-class honours and second best-graduating from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.

All thanks to my mum, siblings, best friend, colleagues, lecturers, sponsors and all well-wishers.

It would be worthy to note that getting this degree was not so easy, but it was worth it, the challenges I faced, losing my dad as a part one student, having to do businesses on campus and all but eventually I thank God.

I also served in my departmental association as the Assistant Librarian, Librarian, FYB CHAIRMAN, Course Representative for different courses, etc.

One can hardly say that I lived a triangular life on campus as I also conducted tutorials through the 5 years I spent always impacting lives including organizing tutorials for my CLASSMATES.

I started conducting a hands-on campus training/workshop on how to use engineering software and this has metamorphosised into alotimeysltd today.

I believe in hard work and competency, service to humanity and excellence.

This month was quite eventful for me................
I was inducted as a graduate member of The Nigerian Society of Engineers at the Ile-Ife Branch.

I was also privileged to take the Inductees appreciation speech at the induction ceremony.

I believe in Engineering and its prospect and I am sure that this society will provide the platform and opportunity to change the world by applying principles I have learnt as an Undergraduate.

I want to say thank you to the organizers of the program and the chairman of the team Dr Surajudeen Obayopo for their professional approach in organizing this eventful program.

The main speaker at the induction ceremony in the person of Professor Abiodun Musa Aibinu delivered a mind-blowing and educative lecture.

On behalf of the Inductees, we say thank you, sir, for honouring the invitation.

I look forward to contributing my best to the society and to the world at large.

Last month,
I was given an award of excellence by the General Overseer (Rev Felix Meduoye) of Foursquare Gospel Church for graduating with a FIRST CLASS from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.

It's really a privilege to be counted worthy of this award and I thank everyone that has supported me in every way possible.

I dedicate this award to my Mum and love (Mrs Ibiwunmi Alo), my reading partner, love and a fellow FIRST CLASS GRADUATE of the above-mentioned department and University (Oluwagbemisola OLANIYAN ), all my sponsors and well wishers.

I want to acknowledge my Lecturer, Project Supervisor and Coordinator in person of Dr. Saheed ADIO, PhD, MNSE, R.Eng (COREN) for his immense contribution towards my academic life and project, his passion for excellence has rubbed off on me.
