Front Desk Admin & Social Media Coordinator
Location: IV Medics & Diagnostics Clinic, Bodija, Ibadan
Role: Front Desk Admin + Social Media Coordinator
Kickstart our patient experience and online presence. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, tech-savvy individual to handle reception duties and manage our social platforms.
What you’ll do
- Welcome patients, schedule/confirm appointments, answer calls, and manage inquiries
- Maintain a clean, efficient reception and basic clerical tasks (data entry, filing)
- Create and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and tiktock
- Respond to comments/messages, track engagement, and assist with monthly content plans
- Support marketing efforts and patient communications
Requirements
- Minimum OND/HND in Public Admin, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in front desk/admin or customer service; healthcare setting a plus
- Proficient with social media platforms and basic analytics
- Strong communication, Organised, and discreet with patient data
- Basic MS Office/Google Workspace; Canva or light graphic design a plus
- Yoruba/English bilingual is an advantage
