I have realize some important things to take note when making egg roll, especially in large quantity and also if you will deliver early.

1. Don’t buy new lie eggs
2. Cook a day to making your egg roll
3. Have more hands to help in peeling off the shell because it’s a work on its own. It do take time
4. Make your buns mix a day to making your egg roll and store on air tight container. It save time.
5. Get two burners to fry and fry on medium heat.
