MISSION STATEMENT

To unite women leaders, changemakers, and innovators from across the world in a transformative platform that promotes empowerment, leadership development, and global collaboration. IWPC 2025 aims to inspire actionable strategies that strengthen women’s participation in governance, entrepreneurship, and social impact—building a sustainable future driven by compassion, competence, and collective power.

To create a global network of empowered women who lead with purpose, influence positive change, and drive inclusive growth in every sector of society—making the International Women Power Conference a beacon for women’s advancement, unity, and legacy in Africa and beyond.
