Dear Ecotrail Runners

Why is collecting on behalf not allowed?

1. Only participants in the 10KM category are allowed to have their race packs collected on behalf.

2. We sincerely apologize for the oversight in our Runners Guide. However, for participants who truly cannot attend, the organizer offers the option for a special arrangement. Please email us at: [email protected].

3. Why is on-behalf collection not allowed? This is because we place high importance on the safety of all participants. It is strictly prohibited for anyone to run wearing someone else’s bib.

4. We are also working on improving safety measures to address past incidents of bib loss during previous events.

5. Thank you for your understanding.
