The pre-event of the Barra Slow Festival, meet the Legend: Martin Taylor World Tour Macau, was a tremendous sell-out success last night.
🙏🏻We are grateful to all music fans, guests and media for your support.

💥Warm applause went out to guitar virtuoso Martin Taylor, who brought his world tour to Barra district, alongside Hong Kong jazz pioneer Eugene Pao and Chan Hon Chong Jazz Guitar Quartet from Macau.

During the concert, we also announced that the Barra Slow Festival will return from 4 to 6 September under the theme "Bake with Ease x Savour the Summer‘’

🏵️Business recruitment and landscape enhancement will be the two core priorities for Barra district in the second half of the year. Stay tuned for a revitalised Barra district🌟

「媽閣慢活節」首屆視覺設計一舉拿下紐約ADC年度大獎銅方塊獎、佳作獎。國際獎項的認可印證品牌優秀的視覺識別體系與文化敘事能力，並達到品牌國際傳播能力。

慢活節去年首次舉辦締造佳績，成功吸引流量，作為媽閣塘片區的節慶活動IP，以「慢活」為主題，融合在地歷史脈絡、生活美學及市集消費場景，致力將媽閣塘從歷史遺存場域，轉化為可供巿民與遊客深度停留、回訪的休閒藝文生活聚落。

首屆視覺創作取材自媽閣塘船塢歷史與海事傳統，運用幾何船型圖案、流動線條建構視覺語彙，詮釋「開始」與「流動」，把海岸記憶、工業遺產與慢活氛圍，轉化為富有互動感的品牌形象。目前獲國際性獎項，有助更多國際遊客認識慢活節的品牌影響力。

The visual design of Barra Slow Festival has won a Cube Bronze Award and Merit Award at the ADC Annual Awards, New York!

Drawing inspiration from Barra Harbour’s dock and maritime heritage, the inaugural visual language adopts geometric boat motifs and fluid lines to embody “beginnings and flow”, translating coastal memories and industrial legacy into an engaging brand aesthetic. This international recognition helps boost the festival’s global profile.

Following the well-received the festival in May, the 2nd Barra Slow Festival of this year— Bake with Ease × Savour the Summer — is coming soon.

馬丁．泰勒Martin Taylor獲英女皇頒授MBE勳銜、當代頂尖爵士指彈吉他大師，四歲自學吉他，與傳奇小提琴家Stephane Grappelli展開長達十一年的巡演與錄音合作。其音樂生涯五十年發行百餘張專輯，十四次斬獲英國爵士大獎、格萊美提名，單人彈奏可獨立呈現完整樂隊層次。本次為世界巡演澳門站，機會難逢。

Martin Taylor MBE is widely regarded as one of the world’s foremost exponents of solo jazz and fingerstyle guitar. Entirely self-taught from age four, he toured and recorded with violin legend Stéphane Grappelli for 11 years. Across his 50-year career, he has released over 100 records, won a record 14 British Jazz Awards and has received a Grammy nomination, and was appointed MBE by the Queen in 2002 for services to jazz. His solo playing delivers full-band sound all by himself.

媽閣慢活節將於9月4日至6日每日12:00-20:00落戶澳門媽閣塘海事工房一、二號、大鐵棚與戶外廣場，濱海歷史場域搭配慢活主題，海量休閒客流，現開放兩大品類攤位報名。

本次招募麵包烘焙及創意手搖飲品類、生活美學品牌類兩大類別。參加要求請留意以下報名表或首頁bio連結。

Barra Slow Fest this September will take place from 4 to 6 September, 12:00 to 20:00 daily, at Navy Yard No.1 and No.2, Dock area and outdoor plaza in Barra District, Macao. Nestled in a historic waterfront venue themed around slow living, the event draws large crowds of leisure visitors. Applications for two categories of stalls are now open.

We are recruiting vendors under two categories: Bakery & pastry, specialty beverages, and Lifestyle creative Brands, Handcrafted utensils and independent designs. Please refer to the application form for full participation requirements:

Martin Taylor MBE is widely regarded as one of the world's foremost exponents of solo jazz and fingerstyle guitar. Special Guest | Eugene Pao
one of Hong Kong's most iconic jazz guitarists, blending traditional and contemporary jazz. He has performed with legends like Herbie Hancock and released several acclaimed albums. He is widely regarded as a pioneer of Hong Kong's jazz scene.

Opening Act | Hon Chong Chan Guitar Quartet
Hon Chong Chan is a renowned jazz guitarist from Macau, active across China's jazz scene. He furthered his studies in New York and Beijing and has released two jazz albums to date: Travelling Coffee (2020) hailed as the first jazz record ever produced in Macau.

以極簡、永續、感官體驗，讓茶成為現代人「慢下來」的介質，在時間與空間的流轉里，尋找新的可能性。
展覽以「內外之間」為線索，呈現茶從包裝、品牌到傳播，如何走出「物」的邊界，化為一種表達，一種姿態。

Gathering 35 designers from Macao and mainland China across 15 cities, presenting works from over 50 tea brands.

Centered on the theme ”From Inside Out“, the exhibition shows how tea transcends physical boundaries through packaging, branding and communication, evolving into a form of expression and lifestyle attitude.

《煙雲—莫羲世茶道書法展》以茶室為空間基底，書法雅作與茶席相映成趣，打造一方寧靜悠然的烟雲秘境；是詩人、書法家莫羲世（筆名：邢悅）對當代生活美學的一次實踐。邢悅作品側重「生活感的寫作」而非嚴謹的法度，他傾向于捕捉日常悄然降臨的瞬間，以茶道的「和、敬、清、寂」轉化爲自在跳動的筆觸。在這裏，書法不再是高深的傳統藝術，而是一種滲透於起居之間、陪伴日常的溫暖力量。

展覽為期一個月，於五月的首個及第三個禮拜日，莫羲世將率領其詩社同仁，在展場內舉辦讀詩活動，一同引領大眾細味中文文字藝術之美。(可進入首頁bio報名)
