Во богатото фолклорно подрачје как што е градот Радовиш и неговата околина, работат повеќе културно уметнички друштва и фолклорни ансамбли.
Меѓу нив повеќе години со успех работи Фолклорниот ансамбал "Бучим" . Здружение на граѓани чија цел е негување на Македонскиот фолклор, пренесување на помладите генерации и негово презентирање во републиката и надвор од неа.
Ансамблот го носи името на рудникот
"Бучим", кој се наоѓа во непосредна близина на нашиот град и кој во изминатите години беше двигател како на економски така и на спортски и културно уметнички план во градот и општината.
Во ансамблот членуваат над 100 членови.
На програмата на ансамблот се наоѓаат фолклорни содржини од сите краеви на Македонија, а знаќајно место му се посветува и на изворниот фолклор од Радовишката околина, кој е мотив за создавање на нови фолклорни содржини.
Фолклорниот ансамбал "Бучим" од своето формирање па до денес, има учествувано на повеќе фолклорни манифестации и фестивали како во републиката така и надвор од неа.
Многубројни се настапите во соседните земји: Бугарија, Србија, Црна Гора, а исто така и во Република Турција, каде има учествувано на многу фестивали и добиено многу признанија и пофалници.
Со своите настапи Фолклорниот ансамбал "Бучим" ѓи има воодушевено и народите од: Романија, Полска, Украина, Германија, Франција, Шведска, Швајцарија, Република Северен Кипар, Хрватска и Босна и Херцеговина.
Многубројните признанија и награди се мотив да од 2000-та година ансамблот е организатор на меѓународната детска манифестација "ОРО ВЕСЕЛО", која се одржува во почетокот на месец јуни, а е во чест на "Света Троица" празник на нашиот град Радовиш.

In the region of the town of Radovis and its surroundin a region rich in folklore tradition, these are several groups and essembles who contribute for affirmation of our folklore. One of the most successful is the folklore essemble "Bucim" after the mine "Bucim" which is situated near the town of Radovis in the eastern part of the Republic of Macedonia. The folklore essemble "Bucim" was founded 15 years ago by a group of enthusiasts-employees of the mine "Bucim" in order to cherich the magnificient macedonian folklore and hand down the tradition to the young generation thus creating atmosphere for friendship among young folklorist from our country and abroad. After a period of discovering the secrets and beauty of our folklore, the folklore essemble "Bucim", has created its own programms for presentation in front of the public and started achieving the first results by participation at several folklore events and festivals in out country . With the permanent serious approach towards the work and due to the results accomplished in our country, invitations for participation at folklore festivals outside Republic of Macedonia followed. Jugoslavia, Turkey, Romania, North Cuprys, Moldavia, Ukranie, France, Germany, Swelden, Switzerland were alwasy warmly welkommed and awarded for our presentation. Remembering the warm hospitality of the organizers of these festivals where we have presented the beautiful macedonian songs and dances, the members and the Manangement of the essemble have offered their hospitality to numerous essembles form our country and throughout Europe and have given them possiblities to learn macedonian traditions and customs. There are more than 150 children within our children's group who are learning the elements of macedonian folklore. The children's folklore essemble "Bucim" is a winner of the golden plate at the Children' folklore festival "Dance wiyhout limits" and has had succesful shows in our neighbouring countries. The programme of the folklore essemble "Bucim" consists of songs ad dances from Republic of Macedonia and particular attention has been paid to the authenic folklore form the Radovis region which us elements for creating new combinations of song and dances.
