✨ ITC Stroossen 2025 – Le stage bat son plein ! ✨

Une première journée intense hier, avec trois entraînements et une superbe séance Randori le soir 💥. Merci à tous les judokas et clubs présents, et tout particulièrement au Pôle Espoir de Judo de Metz d’avoir fait le déplacement 🙏!

Aujourd’hui, trois nouvelles séances de haut niveau, et demain matin la dernière 🥋.

➡️ Il est encore temps de nous rejoindre, que ce soit pour les derniers entraînements ou simplement pour la grande séance Randori de ce soir (18h30–20h30) — tout le monde est le bienvenu ! 💪

Un immense merci déjà à Takafumi Kitahara 🇯🇵, non seulement pour la qualité exceptionnelle de ses interventions techniques, mais aussi pour sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité. Toujours présent et accessible sur le tatami, toujours souriant en dehors — un vrai plaisir de partager ces moments avec lui ! 🤝✨

✨ ITC Stroossen 2025 – The camp is in full swing! ✨

An intense first day yesterday, with three training sessions and a fantastic Randori in the evening 💥. Huge thanks to all judokas and clubs who joined us — and especially to the Pôle Espoir de Judo de Metz for making the trip 🙏!

Today brings three more high-level sessions, and tomorrow morning the final one 🥋.

➡️ There’s still time to join us — whether for the last trainings or simply for tonight’s big Randori session (6:30–8:30 PM) — everyone is welcome! 💪

A huge thank you already to Takafumi Kitahara 🇯🇵, not only for the outstanding quality of his technical input, but also for his kindness and accessibility. Always present and approachable on the tatami, always smiling off it — it’s a real pleasure to share these moments with him! 🤝✨
