Understanding About outside Video Signal Flow for Television.
This is the "technical" journey of the video from the field to the viewer:

Capture: Light enters the camera lens and is converted to a digital signal (usually via SMPTE fiber cables).

Processing: Signals hit the CCUs (Camera Control Units) in the truck for color correction.

Switching: The Director selects which camera goes "to air."

Encoding: The final "Program" feed is encoded into a transport stream (MPEG-4 or HEVC).

Uplink: The signal is sent via Satellite (SNG), Fiber, or Bonded Cellular (LTE/5G) back to the main station’s Master Control Room (MCR).

Typical Uplink Signal Flow

From your TV production side:
1. Camera → Switcher → Program Output
2. Program Output → Encoder (MPEG-4, which you already use)
3. Encoder → Modulator (DVB-S / DVB-S2)
4. Modulator → Upconverter (IF → RF)
5. RF Signal → High Power Amplifier (HPA)
6. HPA → Dish Antenna → Satellite 🚀
