Today, the incredible Chef Arva and Chef Sheena stepped into the legendary kitchens at Utalii College for our final recce and site inspection ahead of the YTM Mega Cooking Show on September 19th! 👩‍🍳✨

We are leaving absolutely no stone unturned to ensure our young competitors have a world-class environment to showcase their Kenyan, Mexican and Chinese culinary masterpieces. The stations are getting mapped out, the safety checks are complete, and the anticipation is off the charts.

As we gear up for the YTM Mega Cooking Show on September 19th, it is time to reveal the next recipes crafted by Chef Arva and Chef Sheena! 👩‍🍳✨

This competition is designed to test both skill and imagination across two dynamic participant categories:

👤 Individual Participants: Step up to the stove and show us your solo mastery!
👥 Group Participants: Communication and teamwork are your secret ingredients!

👨‍🍳 Important Competition Guidelines:

Get Creative: Recipes are intended to encourage creativity while allowing flexibility in flavour combinations and plating.

Make It Yours: Participants may customize side dishes and presentations.

Choose Your Accompaniments: Participants may select final serving accompaniments based on preference and available ingredients.

We cannot wait to see how our young chefs interpret these dishes and plate their absolute masterpieces. The heat is on! 🔥
