Earlier today, Kenya Tourism Federation - CEO , Ms. Susan Ongalo delivered a presentation on Kenya’s tourism industry to students from Georgetown University in Washington DC

The session, graciously facilitated by Modest Tours and Travel under the leadership of Ms. Nancy Wakaba, aims to provide the students with deeper insights into Kenya’s vibrant tourism sector, its opportunities, sustainability efforts, cultural diversity, and the country’s position as one of Africa’s leading travel destinations.

Ms. Susan Ongalo, CEO of Kenya Tourism Federation , joined fellow stakeholders and industry leaders for the first COMESA consultative workshop on the development of the COMESA Sustainable Tourism Development Framework, implementation plan, and tourism business cases.

The workshop was graced by the Principal Secretary for Tourism, Hon. John Ololtuaa underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts in shaping a sustainable and competitive tourism sector across the region.

Tourist Tap introduces a unified, cashless payment system that removes traditional barriers, delivering world-class convenience and enables visitors to navigate seamlessly without the friction of cash or currency.
