Introducing Snow Ramen Summer Edition! We developed a plant-based cold tomato Dandan noodle.
The soup, made with sesame paste, miso, and tomato juice, is paired with thin noodles from Yonezawa and topped with spicy Sichuan-style chili oil. It’s topped with soy meat , tomatoes, and vegetables, and cooled down with a snow-white, mildly sweet soy milk agar jelly.
We unveiled this dish at Yonezawa’s food education event, "Paku Paku ⭐︎ Picture Book 2," where both the chili oil-free version for children and the extra spicy "Hell" version were well-received. We will continue to work on food education and menu development moving forward.

スノーラーメン夏バージョンとして、プラントベースの冷たいトマト担々麺を開発しました。ねりごまと味噌・トマトジュースベースのスープに、ラー油を添えた米沢の細麺。大豆ミートの肉味噌やトマト、ベジタブルをトッピングし、雪のように真っ白でほんのり甘い豆乳寒天ゼリーでクールダウン！
米沢市の食育イベント『パクパク⭐︎絵本2』にて発表し、ラー油なしの子供向けや、大人向けの辛口の"地獄バージョン"も好評でした。今後も食育やメニュー開発を進めます。
