𝐾𝑜𝑏 𝐾ℎ𝑢𝑛
🎊 จบไปแล้วกับเทศกาล BIPAM2025 ซึ่งจัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 12 - 16 มีนาคม 2568 ที่ผ่านมา ปีนี้ได้ต้อนรับคนทำงานศิลปะการแสดงร่วมสมัยทั้งองค์กรและอิสระหลากหลายประเทศทั่วโลกกว่า 268 คน กว่า 50 กิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นใน 5 วันของเทศกาลฯ มีผู้ชม/เข้าร่วมกว่า 2,500 คน ถือเป็นตัวเลขที่มากที่สุดนับแต่เราเริ่มทำงานมา
เทศกาลฯ ของเราเติบโตขึ้น ในแบบที่เราทั้งตกใจ ดีใจ ลึกๆ ก็มีหวั่นใจ ตลอด 8 ปี BIPAM กับเทศกาล BIPAM ทั้ง 6 ครั้ง เป็นเส้นทางที่ไม่ง่ายเลย (จริงๆ) ในการเป็นองค์กรศิลปะการแสดงร่วมสมัยอิสระในประเทศไทย BIPAM2025 จึงนับว่าเป็นหมุดหมายที่สำคัญของเรา เป็นหมุดหมายที่ย้อนกลับไปตอกย้ำถึงจุดเริ่มต้นของมัน ที่พวกเรามีความคิดร่วมกันว่าอยากเชิญชวนให้ทั่วโลกได้ก้าวเข้ามารู้จักบริบททางสังคมวัฒนธรรมที่เต็มไปด้วยความแตกต่างหลากหลายไปพร้อมๆ กับเสริมสร้างศักยภาพเครือข่ายคนทำงานในประเทศ
ในปีนี้ ด้วยธีม “Tip of an Iceberg” ที่ต้องการพาทุกคนไปสำรวจสิ่งที่ซ่อนอยู่ใต้ผลงาน 1 ชิ้น เราเองก็ได้เรียนรู้ไปพร้อมๆ กับทุกคนเช่นกันผ่านทำงานร่วมกับเครือข่ายอย่างแน่นแฟ้น โดยเฉพาะเครือข่ายศิลปิน/โปรดิวเซอร์ในประเทศและเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ มี collaboration ใหม่ๆ จากประเทศให้อีกซีกโลก มีโครงการให้ทุนและ open call ที่ขยายโอกาสและพื้นที่ให้ศิลปินไทยมากขึ้น มีกิจกรรมที่พาไปสำรวจศิลปะแขนงอื่นๆ และเรายังได้พาผู้เข้าร่วมออกจากห้องประชุม โรงละคร ไปเดินย่ำกลางแดดจ้าของกรุงเทพฯ ในเดือนมีนาคม
ทุกอย่างดำเนินไปได้อย่างราบรื่นและชื่นมื่น ทั้งหมดนี้จะเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้เลย หากขาดฟันเฟืองอันใดอันหนึ่งไปเราขอขอบคุณทีมเทศกาลฯ ที่ทำงานอย่างหนักตลอดหลายเดือน ศิลปิน วิทยากร เครือข่ายทั่วโลกและในประเทศไทย ผู้สนับสนุนจากภาครัฐและเอกชน และที่สำคัญอย่างยิ่ง ก็คือ ชุมชนศิลปะการแสดงร่วมสมัยทั้งในไทยและนานาชาติที่ให้การต้อนรับพวกเราอยู่เสมอ

BIPAM2025 has officially wrapped! 🎊
Held from 12–16 March 2025, this year’s edition welcomed over 268 participants from across the globe—performing arts professionals from both independent and institution. With over 50 activities packed into just five days and more than 2,500 attendees, it was our biggest year yet.
The festival has grown in ways that still surprise and delight us, and, truthfully, stir a bit of nervousness too. Over the past 8 years and 6 editions of BIPAM Gathering, the journey has never been an easy one. Being an independent contemporary performing arts platform in Thailand means carving our own path—and BIPAM2025 marks a major milestone in that journey.
It’s a moment that takes us back to our original intention: to invite the world to witness the rich and diverse cultural contexts of our region while continuing to strengthen the capacity of our local networks.
Under this year’s theme, “Tip of an Iceberg,” we invited everyone to look deeper—beyond what is seen in a single work. In doing so, we learned alongside our participants through close collaboration with long-standing networks—particularly artists and producers across Thailand and Southeast Asia.
We also welcomed new collaborations from across the world, launched new grant programs and open calls to widen opportunities for Thai artists, introduced cross-disciplinary explorations, and took our participants out of meeting rooms to walk under Bangkok’s blazing March sun.
Everything came together smoothly and joyfully. This could not have happened without every single piece of the puzzle. We thank our incredible festival team, who worked tirelessly over many months; our artists, speakers, and contributors; our local and international networks; our supporters from both public and private sectors; and, most importantly, the contemporary performing arts communities in Thailand and around the world who continue to open their arms to us.
Thank you to everyone who joined and supported the festival in one way or another. We humbly acknowledge any mistakes and are always open to your feedback and suggestions.
