今大会の種目はパラレル大回転と回転であり，２０１４年ソチ五輪でメダルを獲得した竹内智香選手が出場した種目です。
見どころは陸上競技短距離を超えるスピード感と，一度のミスで戦況が入れ替わるスリリング感です！
スキー場は大会当日でも一般利用可能であり（一部競技会場は滑走禁止），近隣には臨時駐車場も設けます。
ワールドカップ観戦は、入場無料ですのでたくさんのご来場をお待ちしております。

Asahikawa event is held Parallel Giant Slalom and Parallel Slalom which are the competitions
Ms.Tomoka Takeuchi has got the Silver medal in Sochi 2014. The highlights of these competitions are the　speed which is faster than the sprint event in the track and field,
and the thrilling which is replaced the position by making an only mistake! Santa Present Park(the event site) can be used for the general skier(a part of slopes are prohibited ),
and it is supposed to be provided for a parking lot near the site.
