The Florence International Film Festival (Florence, Italy) is an international cinema festival born with the aim to promote talented filmmakers, their works and their aesthetic research. ๐—™๐—œ๐—™๐—ง๐—› ๐—˜๐——๐—œ๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฑ
The ๐—™๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—™๐—ถ๐—น๐—บ ๐—™๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—น (๐—™๐—œ๐—™๐—™ - ๐—™๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ, ๐—œ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†) is an international cinema Festival born with the aim to promote talented filmmakers, their works and their aesthetic research.

The Festival takes place once a year, in autumn, in a live event: ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ณ๐˜๐—ต ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐˜„๐—ถ๐—น๐—น ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ฒ ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฑ. In the fourth edition (2024), which took place on 11, 14 and 15 December, 305 films from 54 countries were entered: it was a great success; the Festival is on its way to becoming an international reference point for film industry professionals. The fifth edition offers many new categories in which films can be entered. The Festival awards prizes in each category, as well as additional prizes and honourable mentions. The winning films and those awarded honourable mentions will receive a pdf certificate. The Festival is open to every kind of film and support independent productions. We do invite filmmakers from all over the world to join us: Florence, as lead city of the Renaissance, is waiting for your films. In this direction, the Festival intends to promote the knowledge of contemporary Chinese cinematography in Florence, in the awareness that it represents an important cultural contribution to contemporary cinema.
