MTCWA Riders Dominate at CM Cup 2025–26 State Road Championship, Siddipet

MTCWA cyclists delivered an outstanding performance at the CM Cup 2025–26 State Road Championship held in Siddipet on 21–22 February 2025, sweeping the medal tally across multiple categories and reaffirming the academy’s dominance in state cycling.

The Under-15 and Under-19 categories were particularly dominated by MTCWA riders. In the Under-15 Girls category, MTCWA achieved a remarkable clean sweep, securing all three podium places in the Individual Time Trial (ITT) as well as the 10 km mass start event β€” a proud moment for the team and a testament to the depth of emerging talent.
In the 5 km Individual Time Trial (ITT), Tanishka won Gold, Sahithya secured Silver, and Deeksh*tha clinched Bronze. In the 10 km mass start event, Tanishka again won Gold, Sahithya took Silver and Naveena earned Bronze β€” ensuring that all top three medals in the Under-15 Girls category events were claimed by MTCWA riders, highlighting their complete dominance.

The prestigious Overall Best Cyclist Award was bagged by Salver Tanishka for her exceptional all-round performance and consistency across events.

In the Under-19 Boys category, J. Jashwanth Reddy clinched Gold in the 20 km ITT and Silver in the 40 km mass start event, earning him the Best Cyclist Award in his age group with a commanding display of endurance and strategy.

In the Under-19 Girls category, Bindiya secured Gold in the 10 km ITT and Silver in the 20 km mass start race, also emerging as the Best Cyclist in her category with a confident performance.

Hearty congratulations to all the winners for their remarkable achievements. This success reflects the riders’ consistency, discipline, determination, and dedication to structured training under expert guidance.

To those who participated and narrowly missed the podium, we extend our best wishes for upcoming competitions. Remember talent alone does not win medals. Consistency, discipline in training, proper diet and adequate rest are equally vital for long-term success. Trust the process and your coaches to bring out the very best in you.

MTCWA continues to pedal forward β€” stronger, faster, and united, setting new benchmarks in state cycling excellence. πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸ†
