Currently CHSIPL are providing catering services in various Canteens with Inhouse preparation as well as from our equipped Kitchens to various companies situated at : Magarpatta, Ranjanagaon MIDC, Baner, Hinjewadi, Pirungut & Kurkumbh MIDC (Approx 16,000 meals per day), out door catering services (ODC)-100-to 1500 pax, Service Apartments & Guest House Management to various Corporate on a Pan India Basis. Today CHSIPL has over 73 well furnished and equipped rooms of its own in Pune City alone with 95% occupancy rate and also has 10 room hotel with restaurant at Five Star MIDC Area in Ranjangaon, 15 Rooms Service Apartment at Magarpatta City and guest houses in major metros like Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Calcutta and cities like Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Indore and Rudrapur (Uttaranchal Pradesh). Through its innovative and concerted efforts, CHSIPL has carved a niche for itself in the hospitality industry."
