The battle of the bands is a competition between the bands in the fest named 'PRARAMBH'. The winning band will be awarded with prize money and trophies. Bands need to apply to participate by sending in entries.. For registration, send th

1. Profile of the band.
3. Contact details of the band.
4. Member details.
5. Audio or video link. at "[email protected]." Rules and Regulations:
1. Performance Time is 15 minutes, which includes sound check.
2. No two (or more) bands are allowed a common front man. Both (or more ) bands violating this rule will be disqualified. However, an instrumentalist can play for multiple bands.
3. Equipment available will be of requisite standards.
4. Slotting will be done according to a random draw and the details of the same will be notified on the spot.
5. A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 members are allowed per band.
6. Each band gets an opportunity to play only once in the competition.
7. The decision of the judging jury is final.
8. Minus one tracks/ Removing vocals from the track are not permitted.
9. A standard 5 piece drum kit will be provided. Extra stands, cymbals shall be brought by the individuals.
10. Bands need to bring their own instruments.
11. Damage to the gear or equipment during performance on stage will have to be borne by the band.
12. Abusive language or behavior on stage will lead to disqualification and will be dealt with severely.
