truss. In 1994, we came across the aluminium truss for the first time in Brabourne stadium in Mumbai; there was this use of Aluminium truss in the event, for staging and various decorative supports. We investigated about it, the products used to make this truss where to be manufactured PAN India and delivered in India for the events. There was no other company or industry in India, manufacturing this product. Here’s when we decided that this should be in India as well. As and when we decided, we started our further investigations and researches with our team on how exactly this Aluminium truss is made, what all materials are required to bring this product into the existence. This research took around 9 years of the time frame and we finally discovered the necessary raw materials used and brought the Aluminium Truss into existence for the first time in India in 2003. With all the observations, testing and experiments we discovered and made aluminium truss with strong aluminium alloys and used special graded materials to manufacture this product. Well, even if we manufactured the truss for the first time in India and put all our hardcore efforts for it, we had a tough time to face. As it took time for the people to conceive and believe that this can be made in India. Due to disbelief of the people we were bearing losses at the initial stage of the years as many people were blaming for fraud as the products were not available in regular market, clients were criticizing as it was not made in India and can be exported from other countries. What might seem to be a series of unfortunate events may in fact be the first steps of a journey. After every bad time, there is a good time, believed the founder of Shiv Industries. After 2 years of the struggle we got an project for setting up the Aluminium truss for the event of 31st December celebration from a company owning 70 groups, the company had lots of conditions as even the company didn’t had the experience of the aluminium truss which is not exported from anywhere but manufactured in India. Despite having all those conditions, we accepted it as an opportunity for us to prove that we are legit and can serve your trussing needs in the best possible manner. The event was grand and it was successful as the company didn’t had any crisis or issue with the aluminium truss staging, which brought us to market and we gain an competitive edge. Further, slowly and steadily the business grew and many clients started inquiring about Shiv Industries and started approaching towards us. In 2009, one of our client purchased the aluminium truss from us; we had the greatest achievement of selling the first truss manufactured in India. From 2013, we got the valid name and fame in the market, as we manufactured only superior quality products and services. As the business grew, we expanded the production facilities for fulfilling the customers increasing demands. With our innovative approach, we manufactured various designs of the products such as Triangle truss, Ladder Truss, Goal post Truss, Box Truss, Front Truss, Rectangular Truss, Round Truss, Light Truss, Circular Truss, Roof Aluminium Truss etc. We have setup common sizes for the trusses; however the truss size and design can be modified as per customer’s needs and requirement.
