At EXCON 2025, the Task Force on Diversity led by Mr Dimitrov Krishnan , Past President, ICEMA and Managing Director, Volvo Construction Equipment, recognized exhibitors who had participated in the initiative to showcase Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) through stall displays highlighting DEI milestones, presentations/videos on inclusive practices, and live demonstrations of women operating machinery. The initiatives showcased industry-leading efforts in skill training programs for underrepresented groups, women-friendly workplace policies, workplace safety measures, hiring and empowerment of persons with disabilities, underscoring a collective drive toward building more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
