d by lakhs of people and got coverage extensively in national media. The third edition of Rongali is being organized from 3rd to 5th February 2016 at Veterinary Ground, Khanpara. Way of life in terms of food, handicrafts, dance forms of various tribal areas including Bodo, Mising, Rabha, Karbi, Dimasa, etc. A large food festival showcasing ethnic foods of Assam and North East, A large exhibition of handloom & handicrafts. Aero Sports like parasailing, para gliding, etc, Trekking, boat race, and adventure sports. Plenty of tour operators are coming all over the country and abroad. With the support from Assam Tourism and Deptt of Culture Govt of Assam, Hoteliers and tour operators of Assam Rongali is driven by not-for-profit Socio Cultural Trust, Trend MMS. During Rongali, a large musical festival is organized which will likely draw the crowd from the entire North East and East India. Top rock bands of the country, top Bollywood performers, India’s famous DJs, and many big names will perform during the evening program.
