A Day of Happiness, Self-Expression & Creativity with life Skills

A Life Skills workshop was conducted on the campus of Hatem Choudhury Sishu Niketan by Line Mime Theatre as part of the Mission Bohag 3.0 initiative. The session was led by renowned mime artist, TIE Practitioner and National School of Drama Tripura alumnus, Mr. Ibrahim Khalil. Learning through a dynamic blend of Mime, Acting, Puppetry, Dance, Art, drawing and Storytelling, the workshop transformed into a vibrant playground of learning-by-doing. The workshop blended fun with foundational skills using Theatre-in-Education (TIE) techniques. Participants explored:
✔ Life Skills
✔ Art Integration
✔ Holistic Development
✔ Drama-in-Education
The day was a safe, joyful space where young minds unleashed their creativity, built confidence, and discovered new creative tools, and built lasting confidence—all while laughing, playing, and collaborating ways to express themselves!

Tuesday , 3 June 2025, Line Mime Theatre brought creativity to life at Jalukbari H.S School, Guwahati, with the Mission Bohag 3.0 FREE Theatrical Workshop. 35 enthusiastic non-actor school students immersed themselves in a vibrant day of learning through a dynamic blend of Mime, Acting, Puppetry, Dance, Art, drawing and Storytelling, the workshop transformed into a vibrant playground of learning-by-doing.
Guided by experts Ibrahim Khalil (Mime Artist, TIE Practitioner, NSD Tripura Alumni) and Actor Shantanu, the workshop blended fun with foundational skills using Theatre-in-Education (TIE) techniques. Participants explored:
✔ Life Skills
✔ Art Integration
✔ Holistic Development
✔ Drama-in-Education

Wednesday, 20 enthusiastic library regulars from NEET’s Community Library participated in the Mission Bohag 3.0 FREE Theatrical Workshop, organized by Line Mime Theatre at NEET Community Library, Guwahati in 24/5/2025.
The 1-day workshop was packed with creative energy and learning by doing through Mime, Acting, Drama, Theatre Games, Puppetry, Dance, Art, and Storytelling—all under the expert guidance of Ibrahim Khalil, a seasoned Mime Artist and TIE Practitioner, NSD Tripura Alumni and Actor Naba Bikash.
Through applied theatre techniques, the children explored:
• Life Skills
• Art Integration
• Theatre-in-Education
• Drama-in-Education
It was a fun-filled, friendly, and safe space where our young learners expressed themselves freely and learned new tools for creativity and confidence!

গুৱাহাটীৰ নিজাৰাপাৰ নিম্ন বুনিয়াদী বিদ্যালয়ত লাইন মাইম থিয়েটাৰৰ উদ্যোগে ১৭/০৫/২০২৫ তাৰিখে এদিনীয়া বিনামূলীয়া থিয়েটাৰ-ইন-এডুকেশ্যন কৰ্মশালা সফলভাবে অনুষ্ঠিত হৈ যায়। এই কৰ্মশালাটো মিছন বহাগ ৩.০ ( .0) ৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত আছিল, য'ত ৪৩ গৰাকী ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীয়ে অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰি উল্লাসিত ভাৱে অংশ লৈছিল। এই কৰ্মশালাত মোৰ লগতে হিৰক আৰু সংস্থাৰ অন্যান্য সদস্যসকলে সহযোগিতা আগবঢ়াইছিল।
লাইন মাইম থিয়েটাৰৰ পক্ষৰ পৰা বিদ্যালয়ৰ শিক্ষক-শিক্ষয়িত্ৰী আৰু অংশগ্ৰহণকাৰী সকললৈ আন্তৰিক ধন্যবাদ জ্ঞাপন কৰা হ'ল। আশা কৰোঁ মিছন বহাগ ৩.০ৰ দ্বাৰা অসমৰ শিক্ষা ক্ষেত্ৰত সৃষ্টিশীল পৰিৱৰ্তন আনিবলৈ এইদৰে প্ৰচেষ্টা অব্যাহত ৰাখি ভৱিষ্যতত এনে উদ্যমেৰে শিক্ষাৰ্থীসকলৰ মাজত কলা আৰু সংস্কৃতিৰ প্ৰতি আগ্ৰহ বৃদ্ধি কৰিব পাৰিম বুলি আশাবাদী।
কৰ্মশালাটোত খেল-ধেমালিৰ মাজেৰে শিকণ পদ্ধতিৰে অভিনয়, মাইম, সাধু কোৱা, নাচ-গান, যাদু আদি কলাকলাৰ জৰিয়তে NEP 2020 ৰ লক্ষ্যৰ সৈতে সংগতি ৰাখি প্ৰশিক্ষণ দিয়া হৈছিল। এই কৰ্মশালাই শিকণ প্ৰক্ৰিয়াত সৃজনশীলতাৰ গুৰুত্ব দিয়া চৰকাৰী প্ৰচেষ্টাক সমৰ্থন কৰি থিয়েটাৰ-ভিত্তিক শিকণে ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীসকলৰ সৃষ্টিশীলতা, আত্মবিশ্বাস, দলগত কৌশল আৰু সমালোচনাত্মক চিন্তাৰ দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি কৰে। আৰু তেওঁসকলৰ সৃজনশীল, শাৰীৰিক আৰু মানসিক বিকাশৰ ওপৰতো গুৰুত্ব দিয়া হয়।
