The Womennovator 10K Fellowship Program, organised by Womennovator (Global Incubator for Women) – Gvriksh Foundation in collaboration with Janki Devi Memorial College & Janki Devi Vocational Centre, successfully brought together students, entrepreneurs, policymakers, investors, industry professionals and mentors for a day of entrepreneurship, innovation, business growth and mentorship.
Held on 17 August 2026 at Janki Devi Memorial College, New Delhi, the fellowship created a meaningful platform for students and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect with experienced professionals.
A key highlight was the panel discussion “From Idea to Enterprise: Government Schemes Every Student Entrepreneur Must Know”, featuring Abhishek Gupta, Chief Manager, State Bank of India, and Pratiti Sharma, Senior Manager, DPIIT, focusing on government initiatives, MSME support and access to finance.
The second panel, “From Idea to Impact: Building, Branding & Scaling Businesses for the Future,” featured Harsh*t Pande, Co-Founder, Sancus Networks; Mr. Arindam Roy, IFCI Venture Capital Funds Ltd.; and Ms. Upasana Bora, Entrepreneur, Investor & Philanthropist, exploring business building, investment, branding and scaling.
The session on Corporate Governance & ESG by CS Meenakshi Gupta, Chief Compliance Officer, K.G. Somani & Co. LLP, highlighted ethical practices, compliance and sustainability.
The Speed Mentoring Session featured Aditi Rao, Criminal Judge, Delhi High Court; Mrinalini Grover, CEO, Shreenath Steels; Dr. Komal Jain, Founder, SowFresh India; and Sagar Mahat, Managing Partner, Delhi Angels Den, enabling participants to discuss ideas, challenges and receive personalised guidance.
The fellowship reinforced that entrepreneurship goes beyond an idea it is about understanding the ecosystem, seeking the right support, learning from experience and taking the next step.
