The Coimbatore marathon was conceived by the Coimbatore Cancer Foundation (CCF) as a means to build awareness about its activities amongst the citizens of Coimbatore and to create a platform for one and all to contribute to the cause. The event takes inspiration from the fact that city-based marathons have galvanized cities - and people - to come together and celebrate the spirit of running and giving, the world over. The Coimbatore Marathon 2026 is organised in aid of the Coimbatore Cancer Foundation. So every step you take forward in the race, is a step towards hope, resilience and courage.

Choose your distance - be it the 5KM walk, or 5KM Timed Run, or the 10 KM run or the Half Marathon - and make every step count.
