“Shuttles Soar High: Inter-Zonal District Level Badminton Championship for Girls Held at Budgam”
Budgam, May 22:The Department of Youth Services & Sports (YSS) Budgam today successfully organized the Inter-Zonal District Level Badminton Championship for Girls under all age groups at Budgam. The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of students representing various Government and Private Schools across the district.
The event was conducted under the able directions of Anuradha Gupta, Director General YSS J&K, and under the supervision of Jai Pal Singh, District Youth Services & Sports Officer Budgam.
The championship provided a vibrant platform for young girls to showcase their sporting talent, discipline, and competitive spirit. Participants from different zones displayed remarkable skills and sportsmanship during the matches, making the event highly exciting and competitive.
Speaking on the occasion, Jai Pal Singh appreciated the efforts of the participants and encouraged students to actively take part in sports activities for their physical fitness, confidence, and overall personality development. Budgam, May 21:The Department of Youth Services & Sports Budgam today organized the Inter-Zonal District Level Badminton Championship for boys of all age groups at the Indoor Sports Stadium Budgam under the directions of Anuradha Gupta.
The championship was inaugurated by Jai Pal Singh in the presence of officials and technical staff of the department. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from all 12 zones of District Budgam, showcasing remarkable sports spirit and talent among the students.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Jai Pal Singh appreciated the participating students for their discipline, dedication, and energetic performances.
