As we enter 2026, i m grateful for 2025 in many ways .
Troch became our extended family literally .
Had numerous stalls setup whole year.
Whole new approach in running Troch.
Met a lot of you , some of you were kind enough to come n meet us at the stalls.
Having said that , we had our downs as well.
Some spreads didnt go well, we had to make a decision to take these off the menu.
Some of the recipes were improved based on your feedbacks.
2025 , thank you for being our greatest teacher.
2026, welcoming you with open hands.
