Here are the 5 Lean Startup Lessons We Learned While Building Mobifile and shared at the DLD Tel Aviv Innovation Festival, during the Amazon Web Services event.

In this article we share how you can accelerate learningby treating a startup as a set of scientific experiments, how to minimize the effort and time spent on each startup experiment by using tools like the Invisionapp, the importance of working in small batches, and how you should address pivots in your startup.

If you haven't read the The Lean Startup book by Eric Ries, we highly recommend as it helped us reach to those conclusion, and work with the book as a guide to our startup development.
