Did you know that we run classes for children from 18 months upwards. We use a combination of music, stories and props to get kids moving and active. We want exercise to be part of their lifestyle and something that they enjoy.

We love a flashback!

This is from Summer Camp a few years ago. On day one we set the kids a challenge to learn 10 MUSCLES by the last day of camp and they smashed it!!

People often tell us that naming musles is too hard for young kids but I'm a firm beleiver that if a kid can list off all the dinosaurs to me then muscles won't be a problem😂

🏀 Triceps
🏈 Abdominals
⚾️ Gluteus Maximus
⚽️ Quadriceps
🏀 Hamstrings
🏈 Gastrocnemius
⚾️ Pectorals
⚽️ Deltoids
🏀 Cardiac Muscle

Can you name them all?

We also teach these in our classes over the duration of a term. The kids are like sponges and never fail to remember their muscles. I won't subject you to the funny voices of each muslce😀
