We’re delighted to welcome Charcoal Greys as support for Thumper at Bank Lane on Saturday, 12th September.

Hailing from Tipperary, Charcoal Greys are one of Ireland’s most exciting new rock bands. Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Emily O’Keeffe, the band blends ’90s grunge, 2000s pop punk and modern alternative rock into a huge live sound that’s already turning heads across the country.

After a packed-out hometown headline show and a recent support slot with The Academic, they’re quickly building a reputation as one of the hardest-working new bands in Ireland.

One of the fastest-rising names in Irish comedy, Martin brings his brilliantly sharp, laid-back style back to Waterford for another night of huge laughs.

Joining him is the brilliant Ger Staunton, widely regarded as one of Ireland’s finest comedy writers.

Waterford’s own Under Starling kick off the opening night of Block Party on Saturday 20th June.

Explosive alt-rock four-piece from Ireland’s southeast.

From June 20th, Bank Lane becomes an open-air music space every Saturday night as we launch a brand-new series of free outdoor shows in the heart of Waterford City.

Over 11 Saturdays we’ll be welcoming some of our favourite original artists from Ireland and beyond, alongside local supports, for a summer of great music, cold pints and hopefully a bit of sunshine.
