The Ó Dubhda Challenge is a community-led running event in the seaside town of Enniscrone, Co. Taking place on Sunday, October 5th, 2025, the event offers three exciting distances: 10km, Half Marathon (AAI-measured loop), and a 20-Mile Run. Runners will enjoy breathtaking Atlantic views, golden beaches, and the historic backdrop of O’Dowd’s Castle, where the race starts and finishes. With chip-timed results, a unique medal for all finishers, and the warm hospitality of Enniscrone, this is more than just a race—it’s an experience. All proceeds support the development of the Enniscrone Athletics Track, making every step count for the community. The Ó Dubhda Challenge is proudly organised by West Sligo Athletics Club
