Carolan Tour Services We are a Tour Services company for bands and events.

We provide a full service of Transport /Drivers / Roadies/Backline Techs and Merch People for all bands and events in Ireland/UK and Europe if it is a long Tour or a One off Gig .We can help Carolantransport has 15 years experience with all types of events, from transport to roadie to stage building and sound and lights. We at Carolantransport like to provide a professional service and also try and keep to our clients budget whether it be big or small.

We have some dates to fill in 2026 if you need transport no self drive only with a driver we have 9 seaterS range from Budget /Standard and luxury vans and trailer if needed

Crew we have for van or bus tours
Drivers licence B/BE/C1/C/CE
Tour Manager or ATM tour experiences from 200 cap to 20,000 cap
Merchandise Manager or just seller
Backline Tech mostly drums but can adapt to more
Roadie from set build to sound check no job to big or to small

we cover Ireland UK Europe and (International Subject to visa )

Just a quick rant

Nothing to do with this tour just some enquiries and some other bookings
Right a vans mass weight is 3.5 t ok ON A STANDARD B license

A standard empty van no seats payload what you can carry is 1.5 t max
When you hire a splitter van with seats payload is 800kg max yes people you are part of the payload some vans use lighter stuff when putting in seats and stuff you might get a van with a 900kg max payload

So less people in the van more backline/merch/equipment you can carry.
