Rathfarnham 5k Run

Rathfarnham 5k Run The Rathfarnham 5k Road race takes place around the streets of Rathfarnham and Terenure on the last Sunday in September. Use this fast course to set your 5k PB.

A series of Juvenile Races also take place before the main 5k race. These races are organised by Rathfarnham WSAF Athletic Club. This page is about the Rathfarnham 5k Run which takes place around the streets of Rathfarnham and Terenure in Dublin. It is a very fast course which starts on Springfield Avenue, Rathfarnham (Tesco end of the Rathfarnham Shopping Centre), down Dodder Park Road for 1.1k,

left turn up Rathfarnham Road towards Terenure, left turn at Terenure cross roads, left again up Templeogue Road, past Terenure College and Bushy Park, left again at the Templeville Road Junction, and a downhill run for 1.2k along Dodder Park Road to finish about 100m from the Rathfarnham Road bridge.
